Settings Page
The Settings page allows admins to manage company profile, permissions, and integration tools.
Only users with Admin rights can access the Settings page. See the full Roles & Permissions matrix.
The Settings page is organized into the following tabs:

Profile Tab
The Profile tab contains your personal and company information.
Account

Each section can be edited by clicking the Edit button.
Verification Level
Your account has a verification level that determines available features:

Company Logo
Upload your company logo to be displayed on the checkout page.
- Format: JPG or PNG
- Max size: 2 MB
- Dimensions: 1920x1080 px or 1080x1080 px
Tokens Tab
The Tokens tab provides API credentials and webhook configuration.
Token Generation
Use API tokens to create invoices automatically and integrate PaidLys with your services.

Webhook URL
Enter your webhook URL to receive invoice status updates and other responses. Click Save to apply.
This tab is also accessible via the API Key button on the Dashboard page.
Payment Tab
The Payment tab controls how your company receives and processes payments.
This tab is also accessible via the Account Settings button on the Dashboard page.
Order Fees
Choose the default payer for transaction fees. This setting can be adjusted for individual orders later.

| User Pays | Transaction fees are covered by the client. The full invoice amount reaches your account without deductions |
| Merchant Pays | The merchant absorbs the fees. Clients pay the exact invoice amount without additional charges |
Accept Assets
Configure which crypto assets are available for clients at checkout. For each asset you can:
- Set it as Default for Invoices — this asset will be pre-selected for new invoices
- Toggle Accept — enable or disable the asset for payments
- Toggle Convert to USDT — automatically convert incoming payments in this asset to USDT
Underpayment Limits
Allow small underpayments to go through and boost payment success rates. For each asset, configure:

| Percentage | Percentage threshold (e.g., 2%) |
If both are set, the lower value applies. Underpayment limits apply to the gross deposit amount. The final received net amount is independent from underpayment limits.
Redirect URL
Set a URL to redirect clients after successful payment. When enabled, clients are automatically redirected to this URL after the invoice is marked as Done.
You can also disable the redirect with the Disable Redirect URL toggle.
Security Tab
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via Google Authenticator to secure your account on login, fund deposit, withdrawal, and other sensitive operations.
Click Enable to set up 2FA.
Employees Tab
Manage company employees and their access.
The page shows the total number of employee accounts and how many are active. Click + Add employee to invite a new team member.

Notifications Tab
Configure email notifications for both merchants and customers.
Merchant Notifications
Emails that you (the merchant) will receive:

Customer Notifications
Emails that your customers will receive:

Each notification can be toggled on or off independently.
